When will my yarn arrive?
Most orders ship within 10 business days. Preorders, clubs, and custom orders ship around the 1st of every month or otherwise as directed.

If you see something you love but not in the weight you’re looking for, always ask! I have tons of undyed inventory and can create customer orders or sweater quantities for any project
Care instructions
All natural fibers are recommended to be hand washed with cold water, then laid flat to dry. Although super wash fibers may withstand a machine, I recommend always caring for your garment by hand.
Can I return this item?
Returns are currently not accepted. If a skein is shipped defective, please contact me within 3 days of receiving an order.
How accurate are the colors?
I do not photoshop any of the photos I take of yarn. Every skein is photographed with an iPhone 12 Pro Max 12mpx camera.
The colors may vary slightly based off your viewing screen and dye batch and fiber content. I do my best to accurate and truly represent all colors used.

What fiber base should I pick out ?!
Every type of fiber has a different quality to it! I specialize in cashmere blends that contain no micro plastics. My wools tend to have a "glow" or Halo affect after washing that may mute colors slightly.
Selecting non super wash wool or 100% cashmere, colors will appear to "break" or may be more muted than what is seen on screen.
